Check In & Out Times
Pets may be brought in anytime during posted office hours. You are charged for the day the pet comes in and every day thereafter. There is a 2 day minimum charge and all charges are due at check-in.
Check-out time is noon, any pet picked up after the check-out time will be charged for an additional day of boarding.
Before and After Hours Charge: If you wan to check in/out outside of business hours there will be a fee; We charge $20/hour with a minimum of 1 hour charge.

Hours and Pickup Information
Our hours are:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30am-5pm
- Saturday 8am-12pm
- Sunday CLOSED
- Wednesday: boarding check-in & check-out by pre-arranged appointment ONLY.
Holiday Hours: 9:30am-11:30am
(New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Valentine’s Day (My wedding anniversary), Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Four of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve)
*If a holiday falls on a Sunday we will have holiday hours on the Federal Observed date for that holiday.
Closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
There is a care taker available and on premise 365 days per year. Feeding and cleaning are done seven days a week.
Office staff is available to assist you only during our regular business hours. We ask that you respect the hours of operation and the privacy of the caretakers and boarding pets.

Emergency Policy
A care taker, employee or owner is on site with our pets 365 days of the year, the premises are also protected with security cameras. However, if an emergency situation occurs, every attempt to contact the owner, veterinarian and local emergency person will be made. If in the event your pet needs to go to a veterinarian hospital or any other location and you are unable to arrange transportation, a transportation fee of $25.00 for each trip will be charged to the owner.

Vaccination Information
For the welfare of your pets and others, you are required by law to bring proof that your pets inoculations have been given by a licensed veterinarian and are current. Please check with your veterinarian, most are able to give you a print out, or records may be phoned in directly to us from your veterinarian to (618)644-5823. We currently do not accept shot records via fax or e-mail. Dogs are required to have current Rabies and DHLPP shots, but we also suggest the Bordetella vaccination. Cats are required to have Rabies vaccination and FVRCP, but we also suggest the Feline Leukemia vaccination.

Medication Information
If your pet is on a medication, you must bring enough medication for your pet’s entire stay, and if possible, in its original container, labeled clearly with the pet’s name and instructions. Let us know when to start the next dose and the reason for the medication so we can administer your pets medication during your stay.
We will administer any medication according to your veterinarian’s directions as no extra charge during the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.. Any medications needed before or after those hours will be subject to a service charge of $2.50 per dose.
Grooming:
We do not administer any type of tranquilizer to your pet. If, for some reason one must be given, it must be administered by a veterinarian or pet owner prior to arrival.

Payment Policy
Payment for boarding charges is expected in full when you come to drop the pet off. Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Checks and Debit cards with Visa/MasterCard logo are all acceptable forms of payment. If during the course of your pet’s stay, there is any damage done by your pet to the structure of the building or equipment, you will be responsible for labor and material cost to repair or replace. Also if pet received grooming or extra services during stay, these charges will be expected to be paid in full when you come to pick up. Pets coming only for grooming will need to pay at pick up.

Flea Policy
We check your pet for fleas shortly after their arrival. If we do find fleas on your pet, it is our policy to give your pet a flea bath. This will result in an additional $15 charge to the owner.
We do our best to prevent fleas with routine spraying of kennel areas and checking pets routinely during their stay.
In order to protect all residents in the kennel, we suggest that you use Frontline, Advantix, Comfortis or Advantage on your pet.

No Show/Call Policy
To be fair to every one, we need a 24 hour notice if you will not be able to fulfill your boarding reservation or grooming appointment. If you get a history of three no shows/no calls there will be a $20.00 deposit charge to be paid before making your next boarding or grooming reservation. If your arrival/departure dates change due to an emergency, please be sure to notify us.

What To Bring
Please bring your pet on a restraint or in a pet carrier.
Food:
You must provide food for the duration of your pets stay, in a air tight container. The container must include the owner and pet’s name and feeding instructions.
Food and water bowls will be provided.
Bedding
We do not provide bedding for your pet. Please bring what you feel is safe and comfortable for your pet to lay on.
Emergency Contact:
We require a local emergency contact that can make decisions for your pet on your behalf if we are unable to contact you.
We also need the name and contact information for your pet’s regular veterinarian.
Toys & Treats
Treats and toys may be brought, but they can get lost.
Damage to Toys & Bedding
It is common for pets who are being boarded to behave differently than they would at home. For example, a toy that a pet has played with for years at home may be excessively chewed and destroyed while being boarded.
We are not responsible for damage to or caused by toys or bedding.
